Welcome to INHLTH! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our web and mobile-based applications for blood management services. By accessing or using INHLTH, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. General Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the INHLTH platform, including our web and mobile applications (the “Service”). These Terms form a legal and binding agreement between INHLTH (“us”, “we”, or “our”) and you.
By accessing or using the INHLTH Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
INHLTH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion by posting updates on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
If a user violates any of the terms outlined below, INHLTH reserves the right to terminate the account without notice.
2. User Eligibility & Account Registration
- The INHLTH platform is intended for professional use and is not available to minors under 13 years old.
- You must provide a valid email address and other required information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. INHLTH will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your account.
- Personally identifiable information submitted by you is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- You may not use INHLTH for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Services & Subscription
The INHLTH Service operates on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”).
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team before your next billing date.
- Payment Processing: A valid payment method (e.g., credit card) is required for subscriptions. You authorize INHLTH to charge your payment method for subscription fees.
- Failed Payments: If automatic billing fails, you will receive an invoice, and payment must be made manually within the provided deadline.
Refund Policy:
- All payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for partial periods, service downgrades, or unused service time.
- Taxes & Fees: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by tax authorities, except for U.S. federal or state taxes.
4. Violation of Terms of Service
INHLTH reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of these Terms to the fullest extent of the law.
- We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to take action against users violating these Terms.
- INHLTH is not obligated to monitor user activity but may remove or delete content that violates our Terms.
5. Account Termination & Cancellation
INHLTH reserves the right to terminate any unpaid Accounts that do not have any activity for sixty (60) days. “Unpaid Accounts” is defined as any account that is not on a paid pricing plan, or that is past due on payment in excess of (60) days. INHLTH, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your Account. To do so, the account owner must send an email to Support@inhlth.com with “Account Cancellation” in the subject line. Any cancellation of your Account may result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account, denied access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. This information cannot be recovered from INHLTH once your Account is cancelled.
6. Modifications to Services & Pricing
INHLTH reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods. No refunds are provided for unused time or early cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
INHLTH is not responsible for:
- Errors, delays, or disruptions in service.
- Medical or logistical errors related to blood requests, deliveries, or healthcare processes.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
